What is your return & exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order (or purchase in our retail stores). You may request a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange. Return shipping is free, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Safety seal must be intact on honey products
  • Must include proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Gift-with-purchase items are not eligible for return
  • Discounted items are final sale
  • Items showing signs of use or with the safety seal broken cannot be accepted
  • Retail store purchases should be returned directly to the store
  • Purchases made through other retailers (including Amazon) are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund through Savannah Bee Company. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy. 

How to start a return (online orders):

  1. Locate your Order Number (SO#) on your packing slip
  2. Visit our Returns Portal and enter your Order Number (beginning with SO) and ZIP code
  3. Print your prepaid return label
  4. Pack your unopened item(s) securely with proof of purchase
  5. Drop off at nearest carrier location

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit if eligible.

Processing time:

  • Returns are processed within 10 business days after receipt
  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once complete
