Why We Do Not Use The Term "Natural" On Our Packaging

The FDA does not have as many set regulations in place for body care and cosmetics as it does for food. The result is a grey area for whether a product is considered "natural" once plant-based ingredients are placed into cosmetic formulations. So we celebrate that we strive for our plant-derived ingredients to be as clean as possible and contain no synthetic fragrances or colors, rather than get hung up on marketing terms.
