Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order (or purchase in our retail stores).

You may request:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit (Royalty Rewards points)
  • An exchange

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Safety seal must be intact on honey products and body care products
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, if eligible, we will process your:

  • refund
  • exchange
  • or store credit 

Processing timeline:

  • Returns are processed within 10 business days after receipt
  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete

Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping is free
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
