Refund Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order (or purchase in our retail stores).
You may request:
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit (Royalty Rewards points)
- An exchange
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Safety seal must be intact on honey products and body care products
- Proof of purchase is required
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, if eligible, we will process your:
- refund
- exchange
- or store credit
Processing timeline:
- Returns are processed within 10 business days after receipt
- Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete
Shipping Fees
- Return shipping is free
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
