Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

We understand changes sometimes need to be made after placing an order.

However, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to:

  • Add or remove items
  • Change product quantities
  • Update shipping method 
  • Modify payment details or billing address

If you need to make a change

If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we may be able to assist with cancellation upon request.

If successful, you can place a new order with the updated or corrected details.
